The fleecy outer is made from 100% recycled polyester which predominantly utilizes post-consumer water bottles, reducing plastic waste in landfills. Finished with a smooth lining this jacket promises warmth against the winter elements. Snap closures along the front, cuff treatments, and a shirttail hem embody the classic shirt-jac style but a legging-friendly, longer length makes this a cozier option than most. We would say that our favorite part is the pockets - at the chest and the hip - but the removable hood steals our hearts.

Don't need the hood and thankfully it buttons off...just in case. Lining needs to be stretchier for ease of movement. Fit is marvelous!

I love this jacket! I always love a plaid flannel for fall but this is thicker and works for real fall weather and highschool football games :) ! It's also longer and is fabulous for keeping us taller ladies warm! I love the pockets, the detachable hood and the colors! It looks good any pretty much everyone and is much warmer than you'd expect!

When I first ordered this I pictured myself wearing it while sitting at my desk in my home office since I'm always freezing in the winter. But I was even happier when it arrived and saw it would make a great fall jacket as well. I've worn it to the beach, over to a friend's for a firepit, and just around town. It has a detachable hood so you can leave that bulk behind when you don't need it but it can also keep you warm on windy days. This is definitely more than a "shacket" and much more of a cozy jacket.
