The fabric is made into a stunning jacquard that is soft, slightly textured, and feels sturdier against cold weather than a simple spandex layer. It almost feels more like a sweater than a legging! We can't get over the high waist or the side pockets, but the small detail of the scalloped hem makes these feel so special. Don't be concerned if you have the urge to live in these – we do too!
